Cryptlisting is a data and analytics tool. It is not financial advice, not investment advice, and not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Nobody here is your broker, adviser or fiduciary. Cryptocurrency trading can lose you all of your money, and the assets this service displays — newly created tokens in particular — are among the highest-risk instruments that exist. Most of them go to zero. Every decision you make is yours alone.

1. Who this agreement is between

This agreement is between you and Cryptlisting ("we", "us"), operator of cryptlistingtoday.com (the "Service"). By creating an account, buying a plan, or using the Service you agree to it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You must not be located in, or a resident of, any country subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you must not be on any sanctions or restricted-party list.

2. What the Service is — and is not

The Service reads public blockchain and market data and presents it. That is all it does.

It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, money transmitter, wallet, or investment adviser.
It does not hold, control, transmit or manage your funds or private keys at any time.
It does not execute trades for you. Any trading feature simply passes a transaction to your own wallet, which you review and sign yourself.
Nothing shown — scores, signals, ratings, "audits", rankings or projections — is a recommendation, a prediction, or a statement that any asset is safe or will rise in value.

3. Accuracy — what we do and do not promise

Data comes from public blockchain nodes and third-party sources. We make a genuine effort to present it faithfully, but we do not warrant that any figure is accurate, complete, current or fit for any purpose, and you must not rely on it as your sole basis for a decision.

Specifically, and without limiting the above:

Token contracts can and do misreport their own data. Some are written deliberately to deceive anyone reading them, including us.
Blockchain nodes and third-party feeds can be delayed, rate-limited, wrong, or offline.
Any "audit", risk indicator or safety check reports only a small number of facts we can read on-chain. It is never a statement that a token is safe. A token can pass every check we perform and still be a total loss.
Figures for assets we cannot price live (for example equities or commodities used for comparison) are static reference values and are labelled as such.

Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed.

Plans are paid in cryptocurrency to an address we publish. Once a blockchain transaction is confirmed, neither we nor anyone else can undo it. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where a refund is required by law that applies to you and cannot be excluded.

You are responsible for sending the correct amount, to the correct address, on the correct network. Funds sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or in the wrong asset are permanently lost and cannot be recovered by us. Always confirm the address before sending.

Prices are shown in US dollars and settled in cryptocurrency at the rate at the time of payment. Exchange-rate movement between quote and settlement is your risk. Plans do not renew automatically; access ends when the term expires. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects a term you have already paid for.

5. Affiliate programme

If you take part, you may earn 15% of the amount actually paid by a user who signs up through your referral link and buys a plan. Commissions are:

calculated on the amount received, after any discount, and never on tax or fees;
attributed to the referrer recorded at the moment the referred account was created, and that attribution is never changed afterwards;
paid manually, in SOL, to the address you supply, at our discretion as to timing;
forfeited in full where a referral is fraudulent, self-referred, generated by bots or incentivised deception, or where the underlying payment is reversed or disputed.

You are responsible for any tax on commissions you receive. You must not advertise the Service using spam, misleading claims, promises of profit, or paid search on our brand name.

6. Your account

You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done under your account.
One person per account. Sharing, reselling or redistributing access, or scraping the Service to rebuild its data elsewhere, is prohibited.
Automated access outside published limits, attempts to bypass plan restrictions, and any attempt to probe or breach the Service are prohibited.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this agreement, without refund.

7. No warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, NOR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, LOST OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF CRYPTOCURRENCY, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE — whether or not we were advised such loss was possible.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. You indemnify us

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cryptlisting and its operators from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of this agreement, your violation of any law, or your trading decisions.

10. Third parties

The Service links to and relies on third parties — blockchain nodes, market data providers, routing services, block explorers and advertisers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or conduct. Advertisements are supplied by advertisers; their presence is not an endorsement. Deal with any advertiser at your own risk.

11. Changes

We may update this agreement. The version identifier at the top changes when we do. Material changes require your acceptance before you next buy a plan. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

Not yet specified. The operator should set the governing jurisdiction in the admin panel. Until then, this agreement is governed by the laws of the operator's place of business.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

This is not legal advice. These documents were drafted to reflect common practice for services of this kind. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer, and no document can guarantee that a claim will never be brought or never succeed. Consumer-protection, financial-promotion and data protection rules differ sharply between countries and some cannot be excluded by agreement. Have a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction review this before relying on it.
